The Berlin-Copenhagen cycle path is an experience with a length of more than 630 km. Thanks to its very well-developed route network, it takes you through all sorts of fascinating landscapes, from the metropolis of Berlin to the Little Mermaid in Copenhagen. The bike tour combines culture, nature and cycling fun for young and old. It is very popular because it connects numerous landscapes worth seeing. The cycle path is very varied, it takes you from big cities through small villages to the loneliest corners of the country, small and large rivers to the Baltic Sea coast.

Start in the heart of Berlin at the Brandenburg Gate, then cycle a little along the well-known Berlin Wall Cycle Path and discover part of Germany's history. We continue to Oranienburg, the actual bike tour starts here after a restful night in the hotel. Over the next three days, you'll cover about 65 miles a day. At a pace that you can determine for yourself, breaks and longer recovery periods you can determine how you want it. Nothing stands in the way of a short stroll through town or an extensive lunch. There is only one goal for the day that you should have in mind, and that is a relaxed arrival at the hotel.
You have received maps and other useful material about places of interest. Take advantage of it, if you feel like it, instead of driving straight ahead, turn left or right again and discover other corners than the ones planned. Follow your interests and experience the Berlin-Copenhagen cycle path in your own way. The Baltic Sea region has its advantages, for example on the 6th day in Güstrow there are all sorts of opportunities to experience the city. The Barlach city offers sightseeing tours through the historic old town or you can visit the Atelier E-Barlach or lie comfortably by the lake and enjoy bathing fun. As you can see, there are many options that you can use.
The following day you follow the Bützow-Güstrow Canal from Güstrow to Rostock, the beautiful Hanseatic city on the Baltic Sea coast. Rostock is located directly on the Baltic Coast Cycle Path. Rostock will enchant you with its charm, the medieval brick Gothic style can be found in the old town and in the numerous churches. Water lovers are attracted to the Baltic Sea and spoiled there with the fresh sea air and the fine sandy beach. You will be taken from Rostock to Gedser in a two-hour ferry ride.
You are now on the Danish mainland. The Berlin-Copenhagen cycle path will also accompany you on the last third of your journey. You cycle along the coast to the historic merchant town of Stubbekobing, from where there are two ferry trips to the islands of Bogo and Mon. Denmark is known for its pastures and farmland. Everywhere you look there are wide landscapes, lots of water with coastlines. You are approaching your destination, Copenhagen. Explore the capital, it is the economic center of Denmark and one of the most important metropolises in Northern Europe. The Little Mermaid is already waiting for you in Copenhagen Harbour.
