Group Keller from Switzerland - July 13 - July 22, 2010
All hotels were top notch except for our accommodation in Breege. There you had the impression of mass tourism. Better maps, especially an overall overview of the tour and the daily stages would be desirable. Cobblestone paths are marked on the map. We really enjoyed the trip, the wonderful islands and cities, as well as the good organization. We can well imagine traveling with MR again. With warm regards from Switzerland. Hans and Käthy Ruckli

Islands Impressions
We were travelling in strong winds and the sun did not make an appearance very often. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the tour. The hotels were all excellent. Only the Inter City in Stralsund was the least appealing to us. The reception was not very friendly and competent either. We had to wait a long time for the room on the first day. All other hotels were great at the reception. Everywhere the suitcases were already in the room, only in the Inter City in Stralsund Not. Was great service from the respective hotel and we appreciated that. At the Hotel Atrium am Meer in Juliusruh, we were even escorted to our room by the receptionist. The Hotel Galerie in Greifswald is simply great and in a great location. Only to recommend. After the big hotel in Bergen Parkhotel, where we ate very well (breakfast and buffet in the evening), the small design hotel was of course a dream. Hotel Romantik Esplanade in Heringsdorf was also nice and well located. The Parkhotel am Glienberg in Zinnivitz is probably a bit high up on the mountain but in an absolutely quiet location. We can recommend all hotels from the Inter City in Stralsund. The bikes were fine. The bremsThe coverings are pretty much through after a week and we had to replace the Bremssqueeze the lever properly. What we missed on the bikes was a bottle holder. Would be more practical. We are used to that from home. A simple odometer or radio would of course be great if you had it on the wheels. So you can see for yourself the kilometers that you drive every day. The cycle paths are well signposted everywhere and you are rarely unsure whether the path is correct or not. The miles per day are a bit deceptive. You think it's not much, but with all the wind and the things you really want, you need the whole day. We certainly often had an average mileage of 10 hours or even less. Maps and route descriptions are great and we found our way around easily. We can recommend your company and have already told friends about you. We will definitely come back to the Baltic Sea and then hope that we will see the sun more.

3 islands - Rügen, Hiddensee and Usedom
Nice tour. Unfortunately some streets that are not so suitable for bicycles (rough natural stone streets). Suggestion: Improve the legend of the travel information & route description "The destination in sight"; add to.

beautiful views with bumpy track
Despite the stormy seas, we arrived safely at Hiddensee, the island itself can be driven through very quickly, leaving time for the monastery, the lighthouse and in Vitte for coffee and cake. Unfortunately only one ferry goes to Breege and so we had to go to Cape Arcona in the evening. :-). On the 2nd day the rain got us, but we still did the big tour with the chalk cliffs. We were rewarded with a good view and a perfect hotel in the evening. The route via Bergen to Greifswald and Anklam Usedom The scenery was really beautiful and there was always something worth seeing. Even the weather played along on the days when we didn't do many kilometers and we were able to swim in the Baltic Sea. The return journey via Karlshagen Greifswald was also very interesting in terms of scenery. The only negative thing we can say is that the kilometer information is not quite correct, we drove a total of 320km. Some sections are also not well described. But you are rewarded with excellent hotels and a very beautiful view. Always happy to do it again. We had our own bikes with us, so this cannot be assessed. Luggage service was good, only on the last day, we had to wait a bit at the final hotel (17:30 p.m.) Greetings

3 islands and Fischland-Darss-Zingst
Everything went well. Good hotels, but sometimes a bit far from the centers. You should know this before booking. For example Hotel Rugart in Bergen, Hotel Stettiner Hof in Greifswald-Neuenkirchen, Hotel Residence in Heringsdorf and Pommern-Hotel in Barth.

Where islands rise and the world is so big that you think you can see it
If you can enjoy cycling slowly across an island, taking a break on the beach, breathing in the air of the pine forests, contemplating the rolling wheat fields and braving the cross winds, this is the place for you. And if you ever have an extra day for Rügen and Usedom plans, so you can even go to the Baltic Sea baths Rügen and visit the Historical Technical Information Center in Peenemünde. The modern spoiled Techi only wished for a GPS, which would bring him more or less directly to the hotel in Bergen or Heringsdorf.

Island Hopping Hiddensee, Rügen and Usedom August 2023
This tour gives you a great insight into the island world around you Stralsund. The services all worked very well, a big compliment. The hotel selection was consistently good in category 1. The tour took us through the landscape Usedom liked it better than those on Rügen. The section on the third day from Sassnitz via Mukran to Bergen leads over approx. 3 km on a separate cycle path along a busy federal road. A more attractive variant would be desirable here. Day 15: The shady avenue (low-traffic country road) between the ferry and Greifswald is unfortunately paved with cobblestones for at least 4 km. Here too, a more attractive variant would be desirable.

During the tour we wanted to take the cycle path to Świnoujście and were guided to Heringsdorf in Stolpe by a yellow cycle detour sign without any comment. Unfortunately along a large road. There was no longer any green bike sign to be seen. A pity. Was the path closed? Otherwise we were always able to orientate ourselves easily on the green cycle path. Everything else was great and we had a wonderful vacation with both tours.
