Along the three rivers Spree, Oder and Neisse, one of the most beautiful and varied bike tours through southern Brandenburg and northern Saxony awaits you. This tour impresses above all with its scenic and cultural diversity and its contrasts and is the personal favorite of our guest advisor in the Spreewald.

Overnight place: Cottbus
The route along the Peitz ponds leads to the old fortified town of Peitz. You should pay a visit to the Peitz ironworks and fishing museum. The journey to the scattered settlement of Burg goes along the Spree.
Overnight place: Castle
Today you cycle into the green labyrinth of the Spreewald. You should plan a leisurely boat trip in the lagoon village of Lehde. The tourist centers of Lübbenau and Lübben follow before you are welcomed by Schlepzig, the most beautiful village in the Lower Spreewald.
Overnight place: Krausnick or Schlepzig
The destination of today's stage is the town of Beeskow in Brandenburg. On the way there are the Neuendorfersee and the Schwielochsee, a paradise for nature lovers and water lovers. Beeskow's castle houses a regional home and culture museum.

The first destination today is the Scharmutzelsee, the largest lake in Brandenburg. The resort of Wendisch Rietz, with its beautiful beaches, invites you to take a dip or take a boat trip. The tranquil old town of Storkow is just as worth seeing as the 36 m high inland dune Waltersberge. Back at the Scharmutzelsee, the traditional spa town of Bad Saarow offers pure relaxation.
Overnight place: Fürstenwalde
From Fürstenwalde you cycle to the Kersdorfer lock. Between the Oder-Spree Canal and the Spree you cycle through one of the most beautiful forest areas in the Mark. You leave the Spree and reach Müllrose, the gateway to Schlaubetal. The marketplace exudes coziness.
Overnight place: garbage rose
You cycle along the Oder to the German-Polish border to Eisenhüttenstadt.
For those interested in history, the documentation center of the GDR is worth seeing. A detour to the Neuzelle monastery with its church and brewery is also worthwhile. At Ratzdorf you leave the Oder and continue along the Neisse to the milliner's town of Guben.
Overnight place: Lost
The Jänschwalde opencast lignite mine stretches between Guben and Forst.
You pass the green border to Saxony and reach the birthplace of Hermann von Pückler. The park he created has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2004.
Overnight place: Bath Muskau
With the forest railway you can start the day comfortably. The Sorbian cultural center in Schleife gives an insight into the culture. Continuing along the Frog Cycle Path you will reach the Spree Cycle Path in Neustadt, which will take you to the "Pearl of Lusatia". Along the dam it goes back to Cottbus.
