Individual arrival in the Bavarian capital.

Overnight place: Munich (arrival)

Your first bike tour takes you from Munich via the Weßlingersee and Pilsensee to the Ammersee, the third largest lake in Bavaria. Treat yourself to a short break in Herrsching to enjoy the fantastic view of the lake. Passing the Andechs monastery you reach Lake Starnberg. Those who prefer to take it easy can cycle directly to Lake Starnberg (35 km).

Overnight place: starnberger Lake

Cycle along the eastern shore of Lake Starnberg to Seeshaupt. Just before reaching Seeshaupt, you'll find a lovely swimming spot where you can cool off. Return to Sternberg along the western shore of the lake.

Today you'll drive along the eastern shore of Lake Starnberg to Berg. Just before Seeshaupt, a beer garden and a lovely beach await.

Overnight place: Murnau/Seehausen region

Cycle past turquoise rivers and lakes through the Isarwinkel region in southern Bavaria. The route continues along Lake Kochel to Bad Tölz.

Overnight place: Bad Tolz

Leisurely cyclists can ride directly along the cycle path to Lake Tegernsee (approx. 20 km) and also cycle around the lake (an additional approx. 20 km). More athletic cyclists or mountain bikers can choose the route along the Isar River to the fjord-like Sylvenstein Reservoir and over the Achen Pass to Lake Tegernsee (approx. 60 km).

Overnight place: Tegernsee (Bad Wiessee)

Today the Isar cycle path takes you directly from Lake Tegernsee back to the Bavarian capital.
