Accompanied by the screeching of seagulls and a light breeze, immerse yourself in the medieval world of the Hanseatic League: the league of cities, formed around 1250, shaped the economy, trade and politics in the North and Baltic Sea regions for more than 400 years. Its most important Baltic Sea cities are stops on your cycle tour. You start in Lübeck: The famous Holstentor and the beautiful old town on an island have been part of the World Heritage since 1987. Magnificent town houses and monumental sacred buildings made of red brick also characterize the townscapes of Wismar and Stralsund: They were jointly placed under UNESCO protection as an important area monument. Rostock can also look back on almost 800 years of Hanseatic history. You will also experience classy seaside resorts such as Kuehlungsborn, Heiligendamm and Binz and Sellin Rügen – Witnesses of feudal bathing tourism. And along the way, small fishing villages will surprise you with their pretty thatched houses. You cycle mostly relaxed on traffic-free paths through a pristine coastal landscape: fine sandy beaches, rocky bluffs, wooded areas, fields and moors alternate with the extraordinary lagoon landscape. You reach the Darß via the narrow Fischland peninsula, and on the last day of cycling you take a trip to the island Rügen. In the Hanseatic city Stralsund end your e-bike trip with a special dinner.

The S-Bahn takes you to Travemünde, where your bikes are waiting. Today you first follow the ups and downs of the cliffs. Through the Brooker Wald nature reserve you reach the seaside resort of Boltenhagen. The path leads through undulating fields and meadows and along the Wismar Bay to your Hotel Townhouse Stadt Wismar directly on the market. A short tour of the Hanseatic city, then enjoy dinner in a restaurant.
You cycle through the fields in the hinterland and stop at the Stove mill. In Rerik you have reached the sea again. The well-known seaside resorts of Kühlungsborn and Heiligendamm are connected by a very beautiful cycle path. Via Bad Doberan you finally take the train to Rostock to your hotel Vienna House Sonne. This evening is at your leisure
Your cycle route takes you through the Rostock Heath and to the seaside resort of Dierhagen. Your e-bikes roll across the narrow Fischland peninsula into the beautiful artist village of Ahrenshoop - also known as “Worpswede of the Baltic Sea”. Once on the Darß, you will experience the lagoon landscape and reach your destination for the day by ferry and bike: you will eat at the Hotel Speicher Barth for the next two nights
Enjoy a day on the Darß, which is part of the Western Pomerania Lagoon Landscape National Park. You can take a bike tour to the Sundische Wiesen and the seaside resorts of Zingst and Prerow. You spend the evening back in Barth.
You cycle through beautiful lagoon landscape on secluded paths and later through wide fields to Klausdorf on the Strelasund. In the Hanseatic city Stralsund Arrived, discover the old town on a tour. You will sleep the next two nights in the slightly simpler Hotel Baltic. The evening is at your leisure.
You can reach Binz by train. Through the beautiful beech forest of the Granitz, your bikes follow the path up and down the cliffs to Sellin. After stopping at the famous pier, you cycle to Moritzdorf. Pretty villages with thatched-roof houses, cozy forests and harbor towns accompany you on your way to the classicist Putbus. There you get back on the train. You will enjoy your final dinner in a special restaurant.
