Individual arrival in Passau. Embarkation from approx. 16:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. Nestled between the Inn, Ilz and Danube, the episcopal city lies on the Bavarian-/
Austrian border. Departure to Engelhartszell at around 19:00 p.m., arrival around 21:00 p.m.
By bike and boat along the Danube - a very special experience, because your "floating hotel" is always with you! You cycle slightly downhill through the impressive Danube landscape and discover the legendary Wachau. And then Vienna - a firework display of sights! A city that can hardly be described, that you simply have to experience! During a city tour by bike, St. Stephen's Cathedral, the town hall or the Ferris wheel are within reach. At the Naschmarkt, a stroll through the market becomes a culinary experience. You can relax in the cozy coffee houses and typical Heurigen in the suburbs. The highlights of the tour: the Schlögener Danube loop, the Wachau and the cosmopolitan city of Vienna with its numerous sights.

The monastery of Engelhartszell is worth seeing, known for its beautifully renovated church, but also for its "healing" herbal schnapps. You cycle downstream on the former towpath. A trip on the nutshell-sized longitudinal ferry (approx. €6 per person) through the Schlögener loop provides a special change. From Brandstatt you can travel by boat to Linz. Tip: Discover the city on the bright yellow City Express.
Early morning boat trip to Mauthausen. In the morning you have the opportunity to visit the concentration camp memorial. You will gain a deep insight into the past in the Celtic village in Mitterkirchen. The tour continues through the wide, fertile plain of the Machland. The destination of the day's stage is the charming town of Grein. Due to its idyllic location, it is also called the pearl of the Strudengau. Worth seeing: Greinburg Castle, Austria's oldest residential castle.
Your bike tour begins in the fascinating landscape of the "wild Strudengau" - the narrow part of the Danube that was once notorious among boatmen. The bike path takes you on to Melk with its magnificent Benedictine monastery. Here you board the boat again. At night, you will take a boat trip through the Wachau and arrive in the garden city of Tulln.
The Klosterneuburg Monastery is located just outside the gates of Vienna. The dome of the 900-year-old baroque building can be seen from afar, and the "Verdun Altar" is one of the highlights of medieval goldsmithing. From the Heurigen village of Kahlenbergerdorf, it is worth taking a short hike through the vineyards to the viewing terrace of the Kahlenberg. You will be rewarded with a wonderful view of the metropolis.
Today you will see the sights of the Danube metropolis: Perhaps St. Stephen's Cathedral and the Hofburg, the magnificent Ringstrasse boulevard with the Burgtheater, the State Opera and the Town Hall? There are countless possibilities. Nevertheless, take enough time to stroll around or visit one of the famous Viennese cafés. At night your ship sails to Rossatz or Dürnstein in the Wachau.
The gently rolling hills with dreamy villages, vineyards, castles, monasteries and ruins will enchant you. The blue tower of the Dürnstein Abbey Church is a landmark of the Wachau. Enjoy a last look at the imposing Melk Abbey, one of the most important baroque buildings in Austria, before you go back on board. In the evening, a celebratory farewell dinner. At night, a boat trip to Passau.
Once again, you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine on deck and the peaceful morning silence of the Danube Valley. You will reach Passau around 10:00 am. Afterwards, you will disembark and travel home individually.

The restaurant with panoramic views will take care of your physical well-being. You can enjoy the view on the spacious sun deck, where the bikes are also stored. A special highlight is the outdoor pool (8,70 mx 4,50 m, approx. May to August, weather dependent) at the stern of the ship.

They all have a shower/toilet* (*cabins no. 306, 307, 308, 309 with bathtub), hairdryer, TV, safe, house telephone and individually adjustable air conditioning. An elevator connects the middle deck with the lobby and the restaurant. The upper and sun decks can be reached by stair lift. The main deck can only be reached by stairs.

Taking your own bikes with you: Due to the limited space on the sun deck, bringing your own bike is only possible on request and only to a limited extent. E-bikes only with removable batteries. We exclude all liability for loss, theft, damage - this also applies to transport damage from the ship to land and back.
Timetable and program changes are generally reserved. If, for example, a route cannot be navigated due to low or high water or bad weather, the captain reserves the right to change the route for your safety (this is not a free reason for cancellation). The same applies to lock and/or bridge repairs ordered by the authorities and not announced in advance.
Other notes: Please remember that your river boat is on the one hand your "holiday hotel" but on the other hand it is also a working tool that moves using motor power and needs to be operated constantly, even at night (sometimes when passing through locks and bridges). We recommend that guests who are particularly sensitive to noise bring earplugs. Disturbances must always be expected when passing through locks.
