Wrocław/Breslau, the capital of Lower Silesia, one of the most beautiful and oldest cities in Poland - located directly on the Oder. This unique city is located on 12 islands connected by an impressive number of 112 bridges.

Barcz Valley/ Dolina Baryczy is one of the most scenic regions in Poland. The valley is characterized by the Milicz Ponds - a complex of ponds covering an area of over 6000 hectares. They were created by the Cistercians in the Middle Ages. This area is a paradise for cyclists and nature lovers. The cycle route is one of the most beautiful cycle paths that shows the incomparable character of this extraordinary region: half-timbered houses and brick in the middle of this water landscape full of ponds. But the ponds are not everything! This is connected to the nesting sites of over 160 species of birds in the reed banks, in the fields, meadows and moors. This is a location on the bird migration route for another 110 species of birds. There is also a lot of wildlife living in the forests here. The sight of cranes, geese and deer is fascinating. In the local restaurants we try the Milicz carp and other freshwater fish that are native here.
