Münsterland – these are green meadows, magnificent castles, pretty little towns and of course cyclists. Münster, in the heart of this beautiful region, is considered the cycling capital of Germany. From here, countless small streets, narrow paths and winding paths, the “Pättkes”, lead through the lush green park landscape between the Netherlands, the Emscountry, the Ruhr area and the Teutoburg Forest. Our round trip through this cyclist's paradise even includes a detour to the neighboring country of Holland, where you will cycle through Winterswijk and discover the book town of Bredevoort.
