Your individual journey takes you to Flensburg, a charming port city on the German-Danish border. After checking in to your comfortable hotel, you have the opportunity to explore the historic old town with its picturesque alleys and well-preserved merchant houses. Relax on the banks of the Flensburg Fjord or visit the Maritime Museum, which offers you an insight into the maritime history of the region. In the evening, numerous restaurants and cafés along the harbor invite you to end the day in a relaxed manner.

Overnight place: Flensburg

After a hearty breakfast, you start your first bike tour. Today's route takes you along the Flensburg Fjord towards Glücksburg. On the way, you will enjoy wonderful views of the fjord and pass through small, idyllic villages. In Glücksburg, the impressive moated castle, one of the most important Renaissance castles in Northern Europe, awaits you. After the tour and a walk through the picturesque castle park, you continue your tour. You cycle through the gently rolling landscape, past fields and meadows, and finally return to Flensburg. Use the afternoon to explore further or relax in one of the cafés on the fjord. Overnight stay in Flensburg.

Today you leave Flensburg and cycle north across the German-Danish border to Sonderborg. The route takes you through beautiful landscapes, along the coast and through small, charming towns. There are plenty of opportunities to stop along the way to enjoy the scenery and try local specialties. Once you arrive in Sonderborg, you have time to explore the town. Visit the impressive Sonderborg Castle and stroll through the historic old town with its colourful houses and cosy alleyways. Overnight stay in Sonderborg.

After a hearty breakfast, you set off on a tour of the island of Als. The island is characterized by its untouched nature, idyllic beaches and historical sites. Your route takes you through charming villages, along picturesque coastal sections and through wooded areas. On the way, you can observe numerous species of birds and linger on the beaches. After an eventful tour, you return to Sonderborg. Use the evening for a relaxing stroll along the waterfront or visit one of the cozy restaurants. Overnight stay in Sonderborg.

Short bike ride back to Egersund. Crossing to Langballigau (own arrangement). Enjoy the view of the coastal landscape. From Langballigau, your bike tour continues along the coast back to Glückstadt and Flensburg. The route offers diverse landscapes, from rolling hills and dense forests to picturesque coastal stretches. Small cafés and restaurants invite you to take a break along the way. From Glückstadt, you can shorten the trip by taking a boat trip on your own. Use the evening to savor the last impressions of the trip. Overnight stay in Flensburg.

After a last hearty breakfast in the hotel, your cycling trip ends. Check out and depart on your own. Take the opportunity for a last walk along the fjord or visit a museum before you head home.
