Discover the landscape north of on today's round trip Stralsund. You cycle to Barhöft. The observation tower there offers a unique panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and the offshore islands of Bock as well as the south of Hiddensee, the island of Ummanz and Westrügen and the Strelasund southwards Stralsund. The information center at the national park provides information about the flora and fauna of the region. The round continues via Groß Mohrdorf. There you will learn everything about cranes and bird migration.

In the morning by ship (incl.) to Hiddensee. Your bike ride takes you through the heathland of Neuendorf via Vitte to Kloster. From the Dornbusch you can see the whole island. You spend the afternoon on the island and then return by boat (incl.). Stralsund.

On today's stage, your journey takes you across the island Rügen to the east coast. The route leads via the town of Garz (Ernst-Moritz Arndt) to the former Putbus residence. Past Island Vilm and along the picturesque Stresow Bay you reach the seaside resorts of Binz or Sellin, where you spend the next few days.
Overnight place: sea baths
From Binz via the Granitz or Sellin to the Mönchsguter Tor, the journey goes to Baabe, one of the seaside resorts on the east coast. The Mönchsgut enchants with its beaches and the Zicker mountains in the south. These are about 60 m high hills, overgrown with juniper. From the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren, those who wish can take the small train to the Rasenden Roland train on their own.

You cycle through the coastal forest of Proras towards the ferry port of Mukran. On the way, a visit to the treetop path near Prora is worthwhile. Arrived in Sassnitz you should discover the old town quarter between the harbor and the spa promenade. On a well-developed bike path, it then goes over the Jasmund up to the Königstuhl. Continuing the loop, you close the loop again at Mukran. Back to the sea baths.
Overnight place: Like the day before in one of the seaside resorts
The last stage takes you across the island again Rügen to Bergen to the center of the island and back to the west coast to Altefaehr. About the old one Rügendamm they cross the Strelasund to the Hanseatic city Stralsund.
