Inspired by diverse cultural enjoyment – Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges
Cycle with us through Flanders, the home of the great painters Bruegel, Rubens and van Eyck. Let yourself be seduced by the lovely sides of our small neighboring country Belgium, where Romanesque and Germanic cultural heritage are harmoniously combined. Experience the incomparable atmosphere in the Rubens city of Antwerp, while strolling along the countless monuments in the bourgeois cities of Bruges and Ghent and in tranquil Mechelen. Enjoy the picturesque backdrop of the historic market squares, which are characterized by magnificent facades and cozy cafés and pubs.
Your cycling routes take you through quiet river meadows, sparse deciduous forests, poplar-lined pastures, idyllic villages, sophisticated seaside resorts and historic towns - many facets of a landscape that is perfect for cycling. The dense network of paths also contributes to this: with little traffic, largely asphalted and without any climbs, it is ideal for leisurely cycling.
You will stay in comfortable 4-star hotels in a prime location and can enjoy Flemish cuisine in typical old town restaurants. On your free evenings, you can choose from Belgian friture, trendy bistros and fine 3-star cuisine. The traditional fish-based dishes are prepared here with French sophistication. The variety of Belgian beer is hard to beat, so you can always find the right one for even the most unusual tastes. The world-famous Belgian chocolates are also delicious and make a lovely souvenir.
Discover with us the diversity of Flanders and the charm of this unique region.

From Antwerp you cycle leisurely along the Scheldt and Rupel rivers. Your route leads, among other things, through an old brick kiln area before you reach the “bell-player city” of Mechelen. Your modern city hotel was built on the site of an old brewery and is located on a small canal not far from the historic market square. In the evening you eat in a restaurant.
The bikes head west along idyllic and wider rivers. In between you will take a small ferry across. From Dendermonde it is possible to get to Ghent by train/transfer or by bike. You will sleep for the next two nights in the charming Ghent River Hotel, from where you can explore the old town on foot.
In the morning you cycle through the harmonious landscape of the winding Leie river. This idyll has inspired artists to create their works for more than 100 years. You drive back to Ghent on small paths through noble residential areas with park-like facilities and past houseboats. You visit the “Ghent Altar” and eat in a restaurant.
The relaxed stage leads through the wide Flemish plain and along canals to Bruges. In the early afternoon you will get to know the city by bike. It gained worldwide fame for its medieval old town crisscrossed by canals. For the next two nights you will stay in the Hotel de' Medici, idyllically located on the canal, just a few minutes from the market square.
In the morning you drive along a centuries-old canal to the “Thyl Ulenspiegel town” of Damme. We continue through the fertile marshland to the modern seaside resort of Knokke on the North Sea. You cycle through the Het Zwin bird sanctuary to Sluis in the Netherlands. In the afternoon you return along the canal. For your final dinner you will go to a restaurant in Bruges.
