The wide skies of the north and the eternal pulse of the tides accompany you on this tour between the Elbe and Weser. Lush fruit trees will flank your path in the Altes Land, the Wadden Sea invites you to explore; artists came to Worpswede and were inspired by the play of the tides and the flight of the clouds. You too will feel the magic of the coastal landscape. At the end, Bremen awaits you again. You sit on the Schlachte, full of impressions, drink a glass of wine and let the trip come to an end: rested and with a smile on your lips.

Individual arrival in Bremen. In the late afternoon, information meeting and bike distribution (if booked). Afterwards, opportunity for a stroll through the historic old town.

Overnight stay in Bremen

Follow the Weser Cycle Path northwards. You will cycle from Bremen to Bremerhaven, either along the Weser River, via Brake and Nordenham, and then take the Blexen ferry (not included in the price) to Bremerhaven with its extensive port facilities, the German Emigration Center, and the German Maritime Museum.

Or you can cycle directly. (approx. 70 km)

Overnight stay: Bremerhaven

Enjoy the colorful and lively impressions on this cycling stage. On asphalt paths and small roads through the Wursten region before you reach Cuxhaven's dune coast and the famous port city.

Overnight location: Cuxhaven

With fresh, iodine-rich sea air in your nose, you will travel along small roads and country lanes to the spa town of Bad Bederkesa. A beautiful bathing lake provides a refreshing swim after your bike tour. One overnight stay in Bad Bederkesa.

Overnight stay: Bad Bederkesa

Along the Oste to the 1000-year-old Stade with its historic town hall and town houses from the 16th and 17th centuries. The "most beautiful" crane in Germany and the old "tree house", a customs station with a barrier, are also a valuable part of the old town.

Overnight stay in Stade

Extensive bike tour through the largest closed fruit growing area in Europe. Stately manor houses and well-kept farms accompany you to the pretty town of Jork with the "Altländer half-timbered houses" and the Gräfenhof - today's town hall. Today's stage ends in the "fairytale and muse town" of Buxtehude.

Overnight location: Buxtehude

On the new Hamburg - Bremen cycle path you can enjoy pure cycling pleasure and travel via Hollenstedt and Sittensen to Zeven. Overnight stay in Zeven, also known as the "city by the forest".

Accommodation location: Zeven

Moor and heathland, forest and heath, dunes and pastures accompany you to the artists' village of Worpswede. From here you can cycle or take the Moorexpress (old railcar, runs on Saturday and Sunday afternoons) to Bremen. Individual return journey in the afternoon. No further overnight stay in Bremen, but you are welcome to book additional nights if you wish.
