By boat, your route takes you through the Wadden Sea to the green island of Föhr and to Amrum with its mighty sandy beach. Healthy iodine-rich air wafts around your nose in this wide island landscape, often surrounded by an impressive sky backdrop.
Arrival to Niebüll/Dagebüll during the day on your own

Train journey from Niebüll to Dagebüll Mole on your own. The ferry takes you from Dagebüll to Wyk on the island of Föhr. 2 days of hiking on the island of Föhr lie ahead of you. Explore the interior of the island and the beaches on Föhr on foot on a circular hike from Wyk to Wyk (approx. 15 km) and on a linear hike in the west of the island (approx. 10 km).

On Föhr there is also the opportunity to take part in a guided mudflat hike. This is offered by local guides and leads through the mud flats between Föhr and Amrum. Participation is on your own. Alternatively, you can also take a trip to the Hallig Hooge on your own.

Today we continue by ferry to Wittdün on Amrum. The Kniepsand offers a fascinating backdrop for hikers. The beach stretches a good one kilometer wide from the edge of the dunes to the edge of the tide at high tide. Beach and dune hike from Wittdün to Norddorf. About 16 km

Another experience is hiking across the mud flats to the dunes on the designated hiking trails that lead from Wittdün to Norddorf. The second hike leads from Norddorf on the mudflat side via Nebel to Wittdün. Distance approx. 2 km. Depending on the offer, you can also take part in a guided mudflat hike on Amrum. Alternatively, a trip from Amrum to the island of Sylt or Hallig Hooge can be undertaken.

After breakfast, we go to the pier in Wittdün and then take the boat back to Dagebüll. If you stay overnight in Niebüll, you will have to take the train from the port of Dagebüll to Niebüll yourself.
