Usedom - an island of enchanting beauty. The seaside resort of Zinnowitz and the three imperial resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck unite with a piece of untouched nature. In the hinterland of the backwaters and the Peenestrom, the heart of every cyclist beats faster. From from the hustle and bustle there are quiet corners, forests and lakes. Reed belts, romantic lakes and gray heron colonies are a hidden gem of the well-known Amber Coast of the North.

On their own. Of the StralsundFrom the promenade you can see across the Strelasund to the island Rügen.
Overnight place: Stralsund
Along the Strelasund it goes under old avenues to Brandshagen to the cormorant colony. On the opposite shore is the Zudar Peninsula. The silhouette of Greifswald Cathedral soon emerges from the city. Enjoy a stroll through the university town in the afternoon.
Overnight place: Greifswald or the surrounding area
The path to the island takes you past the Eldena monastery ruins, the well-known motif of Caspar David Friedrich Usedom. From Freest there is the possibility to take the ferry (on your own) to Peenemünde. You cycle on quiet paths across the island to the sea side through Trassenheide and dune groves to the seaside resort of Zinnowitz. Old hotels in the Wilhelminian style have preserved the flair of bygone times in Zinnowitz.
Overnight place: Wolgast, Karlshagen, Zinnowitz or the surrounding area
Experience on today Usedom - Germany's No. 1 sunny island - a mix of beach, nature and culture. The wide coastline from Peenemünde to Koserow invites you to take a walk on the beach. The path leads between the Baltic Sea and the backwaters to the three sisters Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. Heringsdorf, the oldest seaside resort Usedom, is connected to Bansin and Ahlbeck via a beach promenade.
Overnight place: Kaiserbäder
Stroll and promenade again to your heart's content. You will soon leave the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts behind and immerse yourself in the quiet of the hinterland. From the coast it goes over the island Usedom, the town that gave the island its name. By train from Anklam back to Stralsund (Incl.).
Overnight place: Stralsund
After breakfast, you will travel home on your own or, if you wish, we can book additional nights in the beautiful Hanseatic city.
