Our Baltic Sea classic shows you RügenHiddensee and the Zingst peninsula, Darß and Fischland with their lagoon coast. Experience the legendary chalk cliffs, Hiddensee's car-free streets, and be enchanted by the views of the beautiful coastal landscapes. The Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park awaits you at the Barther Bodden lagoon.

Arrive on your own. The once mighty Hanseatic city Stralsund with its three town churches and the town hall invites you to stroll.

Overnight place: Stralsund

In the morning you take the ferry (incl.) from Stralsund over to Hiddensee. You can visit the small, car-free sister island by bike or on foot Rügens explore. In the afternoon with the ferry (incl.) to Rügen and on to your quarters on Wittow.

Accommodation location: in Trent, Bohlendorf, Wiek, Breege, Juliusruh or surrounding area

The route continues at a leisurely pace to the 8 km long spit of land known as the Schaabe. Further north, you'll reach the Königsstuhl (King's Chair), the most famous chalk cliff, which served as a subject for the painter Caspar David Friedrich. Continuing along the way, you'll arrive in the port city of Sassnitz. Passing the Mukran ferry port, your cycle tour leads along the beaches of Prora to Binz. The beach and swimming are just a short distance away. Along the way, you'll pass the former Prora holiday complex, which now houses various museums and holiday apartments. If you're staying overnight in Sellin, Baabe, or Göhren, you can continue cycling through or around the Granitz forest towards Sellin.

Accommodation: in one of the seaside resorts

Today you cycle along idyllic paths to the Stresow Bay, on to Lauterbach and on the old railway embankment Rügenhe small train through the south of the island StralsundAlong the way, small cafes, the Pommernkate in Rambin and the island brewery invite you to linger.

Overnight place: Stralsund

In the morning we take the train (incl.) from Stralsund to Velgast. From Velgast you cycle past small, tranquil villages through the western Pomeranian coast to the amber town of Ribnitz-Damgarten. Here you have the opportunity to visit the amber museum or the amber manufactory (on your own).

Accommodation location: Ribnitz-Damgarten, Dierhagen, Wustrow or Ahrenshoop

Cycle along scenic dike paths across the narrow Fischland peninsula. A stop in the renowned artists' village of Ahrenshoop is worthwhile, with its charming thatched cottages and various galleries and studios. The route then continues, partly along the Bodden lagoon, towards Barth.

Accommodation location: Prerow, Zingst or Barth

Via the small Vineta town of Barth, your journey takes you along the Bodden to the Strelasund. A detour to Barhöft to the observation tower gives the visitor a panoramic view of the coastline of Darß, Hiddensee and Rügen.

Overnight place: Stralsund

After breakfast, return home on your own. We are happy to book additional nights upon request. Stralsund.
