Rental bike disclaimer: If a traveler rents a rental bike, he is generally liable for damage and theft. When you book our rental bike liability waiver, we assume liability so that you do not have to bear any financial responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the rental bike (provided it is used and secured properly). The only exceptions to this are lost keys, batteries and chargers from e-bikes, as well as damage caused by intent or gross negligence.

Among us:

River boats are limited in size (length, height, width) (bridge passages, locks) and therefore cannot be compared to ocean-going ships. The cabins offer less space than hotel rooms, but are also comfortably equipped. A river boat is on the one hand a "holiday hotel", but on the other hand it is also a working tool that moves using motor power and must be operated constantly (including at night, sometimes with lock and bridge passages and the resulting extension and retraction of the superstructure). Unfortunately, disruptions during lock passages cannot be avoided. During layovers, visibility can be impaired by other ships or harbor walls. In the event of extreme high or low water, the shipping company reserves the right to change or cancel the trip. In these cases,
In these cases, there is no legal entitlement to compensation. The same applies to lock and bridge repairs ordered by the authorities or to engine or drive damage to the ship that is not the ship's fault.
