Bringing your own bicycle: Due to limited space on the sun deck, bringing your own bicycle is only possible upon request and subject to availability. In Slovakia, helmets are mandatory for all cyclists outside of built-up areas.
Schedule and program changes are always possible. If, for example, a section of the route cannot be navigated due to low or high water levels or bad weather, the captain reserves the right to change the route for your safety (this is not grounds for a free cancellation). The same applies to lock and/or bridge repairs ordered by authorities and not announced in advance.
Other information: Please remember that your river boat is not only your "holiday hotel" but also a working tool that moves using motor power and needs to be operated constantly, even at night (sometimes when passing through locks and bridges). We recommend that guests who are particularly sensitive to noise bring earplugs. Disturbances must always be expected when passing through locks.
