Germany's beautiful river landscapes on the Saar and Mosel invite you! Combine varied cycling tours with a pleasant stay on board the MS OLYMPIA. During this 8-day trip, explore Saarburg, which is sometimes called "Little Venice". However, the city is by no means the only highlight of this trip for romantics and connoisseurs. Beautiful half-timbered houses, vineyards, the Porta Nigra in Trier, the old arm of the Saar: they will all be small highlights. While you are active during the day, the ship follows you along the river, and then returns to your hotel ship at your destination for the day. Saar and Mosel present themselves in the best light.

fuel surcharge

A fuel surcharge of up to 8% of the package price may be levied on this bike and boat tour. The final amount will be determined and communicated 20–30 days before departure. Payment: This arrangement is made directly upon boarding the ship. It is governed by §651f of the German Civil Code (BGB) and serves to adjust for current fuel costs of our service partners.

Timetable and program changes are generally reserved. If, for example, a route cannot be navigated due to low or high water or bad weather, the captain reserves the right to change the route for your safety (this is not a free reason for cancellation). The same applies to lock and/or bridge repairs ordered by the authorities and not announced in advance.

Taking your own bikes with you: Due to the limited space on the sun deck, bringing your own bike is only possible on request and only to a limited extent. We exclude all liability for loss, theft, damage - this also applies to transport damage from the ship to land and back.

Other information: Please keep in mind that your riverboat is both your "vacation hotel" and a working tool that moves using its engine and requires constant operation, even at night (sometimes when passing through locks and bridges). We recommend that guests who are particularly sensitive to noise bring earplugs. Lock passages are subject to disruption, and unfortunately, this cannot be changed.

Route profile: The quality of the cycle paths is excellent. MoselThe cycle path mostly runs on paved or asphalted roads without any significant gradients. This means that this trip is also suitable for inexperienced cyclists.

Available on board (limited quantity): Bicycle helmet (UVEX I-VO) €45 each, mobile phone holder €10 each, power bank (10.000 mAh) €20 each
