Embark on a journey of discovery on Germany's most beautiful peninsula. Cycle through wide areas of the national park Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft, lively seaside resorts and take a break on wide sandy beaches. The flat region has a well-developed network of cycle paths.

You cycle alternately along the Bodden and over dyke paths from seaside resort to seaside resort. Ahrenshoop awaits you with its art museum. So-called Zeesboote, these are traditional sailing boats with a shallow draft, which were once used for fishing on the Bodden, invite you to go sailing on the Bodden.
A swim at the beautiful Darsser beach or a visit to Darsser Ort with its lighthouse and exhibition as a branch of the German Maritime Museum are worthwhile (on your own). There are many other little things along the way to be discovered or enjoyed. For example, the Darßer Arche Museum (own management). Via the Deichradweg it goes to Zingst and over the Meiningen Bridge to Barth.

You cycle along the Barther Bodden via Fuhlendorf and Saal to the amber town of Ribnitz-Damgarten. Here the German Amber Museum in the monastery invites you to visit
