Berlin is worth a trip. Discover the city by bike: Cycle along the Berlin boulevard "Unter den Linden" to the Brandenburg Gate, past the Reichstag and the Federal Chancellery. Explore Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderplatz and the Nicolai Quarter. Explore the course of the former Berlin Wall from the north to the center of Berlin. A day trip to Potsdam and through the green Grunewald shows the green side of the city.
Travel to Berlin Mitte on your own. Your accommodation is centrally located in Berlin Mitte, but is still quietly located close to Friedrichstrasse. The Unter den Linden boulevard, the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag and Berlin Central Station are just a stone's throw away and can be easily reached on foot.

On today's tour you will explore a variety of sights in Berlin Mitte and Charlottenburg. The Brandenburg Gate, Pariser Platz, the Reichstag and the Federal Chancellery can be reached in no time. The journey continues through Charlottenburg through the Tiergarten to the Victory Column and Charlottenburg Palace. Back to Mitte along the banks of the Spree and the Landwehr Canal. You will pass through Kreuzberg via Potsdamer Platz and Checkpoint Charlie. You will go to Alexanderplatz via Leipziger Strasse and the picturesque Nicolaiviertel and back to your accommodation through Scheunenviertel.

Cycle along Unter den Linden to Alexanderplatz. Take the S-Bahn to Oranienburg in the north of Berlin. A section of the Berlin-Copenhagen long-distance cycle route takes you to Birkenwerder. Then you take the Wall Cycle Route through pine forests and rural regions along the former course of the Wall, past Berlin suburban housing estates between Wedding and Pankow, back to Berlin Mitte to your hotel. The theme of the Wall Cycle Route defines this stage and is also well documented in the Mauerpark in Wedding.

Short journey to Berlin Central Station. Take the train to Potsdam on your own. In Potsdam you have the opportunity to explore the city and cycle to Sanssouci Palace and Park. Cross the Glienicke Bridge to Wannsee. Follow the shore path to Schlachtensee and through the Grunewald to Charlottenburg. You can either take the S-Bahn or take a short route through the city and you will soon be back in Berlin Mitte.

Berlin is full of attractions. You should allow yourself an extra day for museums (eg Bode Museum), cafes, trendy bars, restaurants, malls and the numerous shops, as well as the hustle and bustle between Pariser Platz (Brandenburg Gate) and Alexanderplatz. Whether you stroll through the Nicolaiviertel and/or Scheunenviertel or take a walk along Unter den Linden. It's an experience.
Overnight place: Berlin center
After breakfast your cycling trip ends. Your rental bikes will remain at the hotel. You will be responsible for your own journey home.
