Explore the flat north of the island Usedom. Via the Baltic Sea resorts of Trassenheide and Karlshagen, it goes to Peenemünde with the Historical and Technical Museum. Further along the Peenestrom to the ducal town of Wolgast.
Overnight place: Like the day before in Zinnowitz
The train (included) takes you to the university and Hanseatic city of Greifswald. The painter Casper David Friedrich was born here. Follow his footsteps in the city and the original places of his paintings. Today's stage leads along the Danish Wiek and the Greifswalder Bodden to Freest. Here you can take the ferry to Peenemünde on your own and cycle the short way back to Zinnowitz.

Today you cycle to the south of the island to the imperial spas of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. Follow the longest beach promenade in Germany and, if you like, further along the beach to Swinemünde in Poland. Bike ride back or by train (incl.).

Today there are two options. You can use the day as a day at the beach, take a small tour of the backwaters in the Gnitzer Winkel, or take the excursion boat to the island of Greifswalder Oie or to the island on your own Rügen (according to timetable and availability).
