To "run in" a tour through the marsh landscape in the "Dutch town" Friedrichstadt with its canals and old town houses worth seeing.
Overnight place: Like the day before in Husum
You change the place to stay. Your luggage will be transported to Eckernförde.
From the North Sea coast it goes to the Baltic Sea. You cross the Schleswig isthmus. The first section through the Treene lowlands is flat to slightly hilly.
The entire landscape is quite open and only interrupted by small pieces of forest. Before Schleswig and on to Eckernförde there are a few climbs to be mastered.
Overnight place: Eckernförde
Today you can discover the Schwannsen landscape between the Baltic Sea and the Schlei.
It's still quite hilly. The destination or turning point is the tranquil Sieseby with its beautiful thatched houses on the Schlei.
Overnight place: Like the day before in Eckernförde
A day to "watch ships" on the Kiel Canal and to swim in the Wittensee.
Even today it is mostly slightly uphill and downhill.
Overnight place: Like the day before in Eckernförde
You change the place to stay. Your luggage will be transported back to Husum. Today we go back to the North Sea. A short ferry ride in Missunde on your own over the Schlei, you drive through the old town of Schleswig. Passing Gottorf Castle you leave the Schlei and ride back via Hüsby on the “Viking Friesian Cycle Path” and back to Husum as you did on the way there.

Finally, once again some good North Sea air on a round trip through the Eiderstedt peninsula to Tönning and back to Husum.

After breakfast, you will travel home on your own or we can book additional nights in Husum if you wish.
