Explore the flat north of the island Usedom. Via the Baltic Sea resorts of Trassenheide and Karlshagen, it goes to Peenemünde with the Historical and Technical Museum. Further along the Peenestrom to the ducal town of Wolgast.

The train (included) takes you to the university and Hanseatic city of Greifswald. The painter Casper David Friedrich was born here. Follow his footsteps in the city and the original places of his paintings. Today's stage leads along the Danish Wiek and the Greifswalder Bodden to Freest. Here you can take the ferry to Peenemünde on your own and cycle the short way back to Zinnowitz.

Today you'll cycle south to the imperial seaside resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf, and Ahlbeck. Follow Germany's longest beach promenade and, if you wish, continue along the beach to Świnoujście in Poland. Return by bike or train (on your own).

Today there are two options. You can use the day as a day at the beach, take a small tour of the backwaters in the Gnitzer Winkel, or take the excursion boat to the island of Greifswalder Oie or to the island on your own Rügen (according to timetable and availability).
