Learn moreThe Leafde fan Fryslân is a luxury sailing ship offering cycling and sailing trips in the Dutch Wadden Sea. Its Frisian name translates to "Love from Friesland" and reflects the ship's deep connection to its homeland. Following extensive lengthening and modernization during the winter of 2023/24, the Leafde fan Fryslân is now the only four-masted schooner sailing in Dutch waters. With space for up to 38 guests, it combines maritime charm with modern comfort.
On board, an air-conditioned, nautical-style restaurant and the cozy salon in the wheelhouse, with its large windows and rustic ship's bar, invite you to linger. On the spacious sun deck, you can enjoy the expansive view across the Wadden Sea and experience sailing on an extraordinary four-masted schooner up close.
The Leafde fan Fryslân has 20 comfortably furnished outside cabins for up to 38 guests. In addition to 16 standard cabins, there are four spacious suites on the upper deck. All cabins are equipped with a shower/WC, individually controlled air conditioning, hairdryer, and safe, ensuring a pleasant stay during multi-day cycling and sailing trips in the Dutch Wadden Sea. Wi-Fi is available in the public areas on board.
