For each trip you will receive as Mecklenburger Radtour-Customer specially arranged travel documents. There is a tour booklet, a hiking map and sometimes a travel guide for each booked room. If necessary, all of this can also be contained in one booklet (e.g. as bikeline Spiralo). Furthermore, only the registrant will receive a hotel list and luggage tag for all participants. If you would like additional travel documents, you can obtain them for a surcharge of 15 to 20 depending on the tour. However, we do not send any documents without a booking for a trip.

Yes, you can take out travel insurance with us. You will receive an insurance booklet from Hanse Merkur Versicherung AG with the travel confirmation. You take out the insurance directly with the insurance company using the payment card in the booklet. If you register online, you have the option of booking travel insurance directly. Be sure to observe the insurance deadlines. Please make claims adjustments directly with the insurance company. You will find a corresponding address and service number in the booklet.
