Questions about your cycling holiday

For groups of 5 or more people traveling together at the Mecklenburger Radtour book, the group discount applies. This applies to certain dates and only if this is specifically stated in the information section of the respective tour. Another prerequisite for the group discount is joint registration and processing of the trip (correspondence and travel documents) via one participant. The group discount does not apply to separate invoices and separate documents.

5-6 people: 4% of the travel price
7-8 people: 6% of the travel price
from 9 people: 8% of the reserve price

The group price is calculated from the basic tour price after deduction of any seasonal discount. It does not apply to additional services such as rental bikes, transfers, additional nights.

An early booking discount of 3% applies to travel registrations received by post, fax or e-mail by February 28.02th.
This is calculated from the basic travel price plus any applicable seasonal surcharge and minus all possible discounts such as group discounts. The early booking discount does not apply to additional services such as rental bikes, half-board, additional nights, etc
Reduced children do not receive an early bird discount.

On original tours of the Mecklenburger Radtour the following child discount applies:

Children up to the age of 4 travel for a fixed price of 10€/night for accommodation and travel services. Any costs incurred for a cot are also covered. A maximum of 1 extra bed is usually possible in a double room. When registering for the trip, please state the date of birth of the child traveling with you.

from 5 to 15 years applies:
- With 2 full-paying adults, 1 child aged 5-15 years in the adult's double room (extra bed) has a 40% discount
- With 2 full-paying adults, 1-2 children aged 5-15 have a 15% discount in an extra room
- With 1 full-paying adult, 1 child aged 5-15 years in the same double room as the adult has a 15% discount

from 16 years applies:
-As an extra bed, max. 1 person in a double room has a 10% discount
