Employee financial accounting for support (m/f/d) - full-time/part-time
We are a successful tour operator for cycling and hiking trips based in Stralsund. Our travel offer includes over 150 tours organized by us as well as another 150 partner tours in Germany and Europe. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a person to start as soon as possible:
- Employee financial accounting to support (m/f/d) - (30 to 40 hours / week)
for our headquarters in Stralsund. The position serves as additional support for our bookkeeping.
Your tasks in detail include:
- Accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounting including payment transactions
- Posting of incoming and outgoing payments
- Preparatory activities for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Processing of dunning
- Checking and posting of travel expense reports
- Scanning and archiving of accounting documents
Your profile/skills:
- Completed commercial training and professional experience in the field of financial accounting
- Knowledge of bookkeeping methods, accounting standards and national tax law would be an advantage
- Experience in dealing with DATEV desirable
- Careful, absolutely accurate and responsible way of working and a quick wit
- High reliability, especially when dealing with confidential information and data
