Due to increased fuel prices from our partners, a surcharge of maximum 8% of the package tour price will be levied. The final amount will be 20–30 days before departure notified. The contract has been awarded. to be paid directly upon boarding the ship.This regulation is implemented within the framework of Article 10 of our General terms and conditions and from §651f BGB.
Why can a fuel surcharge be levied?
Fuel prices for inland waterway shipping have risen sharply due to international developments. According to §651f BGB Our partner shipping companies may charge a fuel surcharge to make the trip economically viable.
